YMAG is a software publishing company dedicated to training organizations, notably with the Ypareo software suite, the leading ERP solution for professional training organizations. As part of the apprenticeship reform carried out in 2019, YMAG wanted to accelerate the digitization of its workflows by using electronic signatures for its CERFA contracts and apprenticeship contracts.

YMAG was looking for a provider offering both the highest level of qualification in electronic signatures and a solution to the challenge of digital sovereignty, which is very important in the field of education. The publisher naturally turned to the electronic signature solution from Oodrive, the French leader in SecNumCloud-qualified SaaS solutions.

A solution to speed up and secure the signing of apprenticeship contracts

The Oodrive Sign solution was integrated via APIs into the Ypareo software suite in 2022. YMAG was one of the first publishers to integrate Oodrive APIs. 100,000 electronic signatures were made that year by Ypareo users, and more than 200,000 in 2023.

Secure and easy to use, the Oodrive Sign solution has been well received by training centers, which see several advantages:

The Oodrive teams provided training and acculturation in digitization to the publisher’s integrators, which helped to overcome some resistance to change and ensure successful deployment.

The Oodrive Sign solution is particularly sought after by YMAG’s clients during the back-to-school period, which represents a peak in activity. YMAG appreciates the availability of the Oodrive teams and their ability to ramp up during periods of high demand.

Building on its strong partnership with Oodrive, YMAG wanted to go further by offering electronic signatures for all documents signed by its customers. 500,000 electronic signatures are expected to be completed in 2024.
