How it works

Oodrive Sign enables you to send your quotes, contracts and interventions from Codial for signature.

1. In Codial, the user sends the document to the customer for electronic signature.
2. The customer receives an email inviting him to click on a link to view the document and sign it electronically.
3. The user is informed of the signature. The signed document and its proof file go back into Codial.
4. The estimate is automatically converted into an order. The status of the work order or contract changes to “Signed”.
