Send your documents for signing directly from myB2O. Select your contact from your database, choose the signature template, and start the process in just three clicks.

The document appears in Oodrive Sign with all recipients pre-filled. You can track the progress of each signature in real time: “pending,” “signed,” or “declined.” The status is automatically synchronized in myB2O.

Once all signatories have been validated, the signed document returns to myB2O and is attached to the correct customer file. Your quotes, maintenance contracts, and employment contracts are archived in the right place, without any manual handling.
