Compliant with eIDAS standards, this easy-to-use, real-time-ready service is directly integrated with SecureECHANGE, the secure exchange solution designed with and for notary’s offices to transfer and/or receive sensitive documents such as RIBs.
How it works
- The notary requests documents with electronic signature from the customer via SecureECHANGE.
- Customer uploads desired documents to SecureECHANGE. New email sent to customer via ooDrive Sign for documents to be signed.
- Validation and online signature of the document by the customer in Oodrive Sign.
- Successful signature: signature completed and document retrieved from SecureECHANGE for transmission to the notary’s office.
