Oodrive, European leader in trusted collaboration, is proud to have been chosen by Groupe INDIGO, a global player in parking and urban mobility, for the digitalization of its governance bodies and its electronic signature tool.
A leading group in the design, financing and operation of urban infrastructure, INDIGO operates in around ten countries. The Group generates nearly one billion euros in revenue and is involved across the entire value chain: urban transformation, on-street parking and parking meter management, and the operation of nearly 3,000 car parks worldwide.
As part of the evolution of its governance and collaboration practices, INDIGO initiated a review of the tools supporting its decision-making bodies and key functions. The Group therefore selected Oodrive to secure and simplify its usage, relying on an experienced French platform offering optimal cost control.
The French and sovereign nature of the solution, a true guarantee of digital trust in a context of heightened vigilance regarding data protection, combined with a high level of security and compliance, was a decisive factor in INDIGO’s decision.
Édouard Risso, Deputy Chief Executive Officer Finance and Americas at Groupe INDIGO, stated:
“We chose Oodrive to benefit from a reliable and simple solution, capable of concretely supporting our governance bodies. The French and European dimension of the provider, as well as the quality of the support, also weighed in our decision.”
This choice resulted in the adoption of Oodrive Meet for the digitalization of governance meetings and executive bodies, as well as the deployment of Oodrive Sign, an electronic signature solution, within the Human Resources, Legal and Finance departments. The teams also highlighted the clarity of the onboarding processes and the overall quality of Oodrive’s support.
Stanislas de Rémur, CEO and co-founder of Oodrive, concluded:
“With this new partnership, Oodrive confirms its ability to support major international players in securing and modernizing their collaborative usage, while reinforcing its role as a leading European alternative in the market.”
