Oodrive, a French simplified joint stock company with a share capital of 309,126 euros (€309,126), registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 432 735 082, whose registered office is located at 26, Rue du Faubourg-Poissonnière, 75010 Paris, France, publishes and offers on behalf of all its subsidiaries within the meaning of Article L 233-1 of the French Commercial Code (“code du commerce”) several websites including www.oodrive.com (the Site) as well as Products and Services which include the processing and storage of data collected during the use of this Site, and these Products and Services.

Oodrive has created this Privacy Policy to communicate its policy and practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of user information on the Site, Products and Services.

This document outlines oodrive’s use and collection of your personal data. If necessary, we may also request billing information – and more specifically, your full name and billing address. We store your data for a five-year (5-year) period.

If requested by our online payment provider, your bank or credit card detail information will only be stored for the time period required to complete a transaction.

More specifically, the collection of bank details is systematically conducted in the context of effective and lawful payment security procedures. Some of the forms displayed on our Site are not mandatory. You may choose not to complete them. Other forms must be completed to enable us to respond to your request or to manage your contracts. As such, by ticking the box provided, you agree to our use of your personal data for the purpose of prospecting clients.

We do not store personal data and/or information concerning user browsing of the Site beyond the time period necessary for the purposes of the relevant processing.

Browser data shall be stored for a maximum period of six (6) months in compliance with recommendations provided by the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority).

With regard to recruitment data, the timeframe lasts two (2) years following the last period of contact with a candidate.
