In this context, Sipartech has chosen the SecNumCloud-certified Oodrive Work solution to independently manage encryption keys and guarantee the confidentiality of exchanged data, as well as to ensure the security of its exchanges with its customers, partners, and suppliers.

Decluttering email, securing and tracking file sharing

Before implementing the Oodrive solution, Sipartech asked its employees to encrypt sensitive files with an encryption tool and add an access password before sending them by email. This solution was tedious, complex, and difficult to apply on a daily basis.

Since implementing Oodrive Work within the company, file exchanges—both internally and with external contacts—are carried out exclusively via secure links sent by email, which include an expiration date. For Jérôme Garnier, CISO at Sipartech, this solution has three major advantages:
