Created by people with disabilities, families, and medical and social professionals, the Intégrance mutual insurance company has been providing health, assistance, insurance, and savings solutions for 45 years. It provides concrete and sustainable solutions to its members—individuals, associations, and companies. The mutual insurance company places supporting the most vulnerable at the heart of its commitment, by strengthening their independence and defending their rights. Intégrance was the first national mutual insurance company to be certified as a “socially responsible company” (ESUS).

As part of a digitization initiative, Intégrance was looking for an electronic signature solution to limit paper printing related to contracts and reduce travel by sales teams through mobile signing. The mutual insurance company also aimed to strengthen the traceability and security of the process, ensuring compliant document storage.

An essential component of the company’s digitization project

After reviewing the available solutions, Intégrance chose Oodrive Sign, which had a high customer satisfaction rating. Thanks to its high degree of modularity, both financially and technically, Oodrive Sign was quickly and easily integrated into the company’s IT system and existing business solutions.

To date, three internal departments use Oodrive Sign—the legal department, HR, and the contribution management department—as well as around 30 sales representatives. Electronic signatures have been integrated into their CRM system via an API. Subscription contracts account for half of the documents signed electronically, and sales representatives are encouraged to use it more. The mutual insurance company is also considering digitizing other paper documents.

A secure and accessible mobile solution

As a mutual insurance company, Intégrance is required to process sensitive data. The company therefore paid close attention to how documents are secured during the electronic signature process, to exchange standards, and to Oodrive’s security certifications. Project monitoring

The Intégrance team is supported by a dedicated Customer Success Manager who is familiar with its practices and acts as a liaison with Oodrive. Regular discussions enable the team to anticipate emerging needs and present new developments in Oodrive Sign.
