A choice focused on security and ease of use

MBDA was looking for a collaborative solution based on a secure and sovereign cloud, certified Confidential Industry.

After a call for tenders, the company chose Oodrive Work for its ease of implementation, user-friendliness, and level of security.

MBDA also integrated Oodrive Sign, an electronic signature solution. The solution enabled MBDA to modernize signature processes within key departments such as Human Resources and Purchasing, in compliance with current security and regulatory standards.

Successful adoption and notable results

The deployment of Oodrive solutions at MBDA was carried out efficiently thanks to the personalized support provided by Oodrive’s technical teams.

Since their implementation, the number of suppliers sharing their files via Oodrive Work has tripled, and more than 1,500 documents have been signed electronically with Oodrive Sign.

Document processes have been simplified and signing times shortened.

Thanks to this digitization, MBDA has also seen a significant reduction in the amount of paper produced.
