Plany is an ERP – CRM – HRIS – job board software package, available in SaaS mode, dedicated to staffing in the events industry (hostesses, caterers, and reception staff at fixed locations). The tool allows companies to sign quotes and candidates to sign contracts (often for two or three days). Candidates can then find all their HR documents in Plany: contracts, pay slips, work certificates, etc.

While Plany’s activity focuses on the signing of short-term contracts (a specific feature of the events industry), it became obvious to offer client companies an electronic signature solution. The objective: to enable companies to have their events staff sign employment contracts quickly and en masse.

A solution to speed up and secure the signing of employment contracts

Plany therefore chose to integrate Oodrive Sign, an API-based electronic signature solution, for the signing of employment contracts for event staff, who are generally students.
