Oodrive is updating its positioning to focus on use cases and is strengthening its governance with three key appointments

Oodrive, a leader in trusted collaboration solutions, is evolving its “trusted collaboration” positioning by structuring its offering around four business use cases and announces the strengthening of its governance with the appointment of three strategic leaders.

Historically focused on its software solutions, Oodrive’s offering is shifting toward a use-case-oriented approach to enhance clarity and better address its customers’ challenges regarding digital sovereignty, security, and compliance.

In this context, Oodrive is refocusing its development on its core business: sovereign and secure collaboration, led by Stanislas de Rémur, President of Oodrive.

A comprehensive solution for managing sensitive data, organized around four key use cases

Oodrive structures its core offering around four business use cases:

  • Secure, sovereign collaboration platform: a comprehensive solution that enables organizations to collaborate both internally and externally (co-editing, chat, video conferencing, email, storage, etc.) while protecting their most sensitive data, including information classified as “Restricted.”
  • Secure file sharing: a solution dedicated to internal and external exchanges that guarantees confidentiality, traceability, and security.
  • Operational cyber resilience: a solution to anticipate and manage crisis situations, ensuring business continuity (BCP) through an independent information system and a backup collaboration suite.
  • Digitization of governance bodies: a solution for organizing strategic meetings (boards of directors, executive committees, management committees) in a highly secure environment.

All of these solutions are built on Oodrive’s sovereign infrastructure, available in either a public cloud or a SecNumCloud-certified private cloud—the highest level of security certified by ANSSI.

At the same time, Oodrive continues to expand its trusted electronic signature business, now led by Cédric Mermilliod, co-founder and co-CEO.

Strengthened governance to support this transformation

In this context, Oodrive is also announcing changes to its governance structure with the appointment of three key executives to the Executive Committee:

Caroline Pipolo, Head of Product

Caroline Pipolo brings recognized expertise in product management and digital innovation, gained notably at Allianz and in consulting at Hubvisory with major clients. Her goal will be to translate Oodrive’s ambition into an inspiring product vision in which security, sovereignty, and user experience will be indispensable pillars of product success.

Thomas Chambon, Chief Technology Officer

Thomas Chambon brings a wealth of experience in technology leadership, consulting, and entrepreneurship, with key roles as CTO and Digital Practice Director. He holds a pragmatic view of technology as a lever to serve customer needs. His priorities will focus on three areas—focus, automate, measure.

Nicolas Mirail, Chief of Sales

Nicolas Mirail has over 25 years of experience in business development at major technology companies such as Microsoft and LinkedIn, as well as in startup environments. He will leverage this expertise to accelerate Oodrive’s growth and strengthen its presence in its strategic markets.
